Break-up and dismantle

Printed badges are mandatory for all hall access.
Build-up and dismantle entry requires appropriate Contractor plus passes (digital only).
Vehicle loading/unloading is managed via Al Warsan Holding Area before accessing venue bays.

Health and safety essentials

PPE (helmets, safety shoes, hi-vis) is required during build-up/dismantle.
Children under 18 are not allowed entry in the halls during build/dismantle.
