Dr. Pamela Ajayi is a transformative leader in African healthcare, a medical doctor, entrepreneur, and policy advocate shaping the future of public-private collaboration. She founded PathCare (now SYNLAB Nigeria), West Africa’s first ISO 15189-accredited laboratory, setting new standards in diagnostic quality and digital health integration. As Chairman of The Bridge Clinic and Principal Partner at Datasphere Nigeria, she advances excellence in fertility care and data-driven healthcare solutions. During her tenure as President of the Healthcare Federation of Nigeria (HFN), she championed national reforms, forged strategic alliances, and launched the HFN Women’s Forum to empower women and young professionals in the field of health leadership. A passionate communicator, she created Doctors on Air, Nigeria’s longest-running medical radio show, which has provided millions with vital health education.
