How can I register?

You can complete your registration online here or on-site at the venue during the event. Please note that on-site ticket prices may be higher due to demand, so we recommend registering online in advance to secure the best available rate and save time on arrival.

What are the available ticket types?

Our early bird ticket rates are now live — secure your pass at the best price and be part of the world’s largest healthcare gathering taking place from 9–12 February 2026 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai.

Ticket Options (Early Bird Rates)

  • Standard (AED 165) – Access to the exhibition halls, The Village, and the WHX Events App.
  • Advantage (AED 295) – All Standard benefits plus early access, premium networking tools, exclusive reports, and entry to WHX Labs Dubai.
  • Platinum AAA (AED 3,500) – All Advantage benefits plus access to the Visionaries Stage, CME-accredited conferences, and the Leaders Lounge.
  • 1-Day Platinum (AED 1,100) – Full Platinum experience for one selected day, plus four-day Advantage access.

How do I get my badge?

Your badge voucher will be made available within the WHX Events App closer to the event. You’ll receive a welcome email from the app once access is live — please remember to check your inbox and junk folder.

Alternatively, you can download the WHX Events App directly from the App Store or Google Play Store, and log in using the same email address you used to register.

To collect your physical badge, simply scan your badge voucher on-site at any of the self-printing kiosks at the Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC), and your badge will be printed instantly for event access.

I didn’t receive my confirmation email – what should I do?

If you haven’t received your registration confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder — the email is sent from [email protected].

If you still can’t locate it, simply reply to us with your full name and the email address you used to register, and our team will be happy to assist in verifying your registration and resending the confirmation.

Can I buy tickets on-site?

Yes, on-site registration will be available at World Health Expo in Dubai 2026. However, we strongly recommend registering online in advance to save time on arrival and avoid queues at the venue. Please also note that on-site ticket prices may be higher due to demand.

Can I transfer or refund my ticket?

Tickets for World Health Expo in Dubai 2026 are non-refundable and non-transferable. Each ticket is issued to an individual attendee and cannot be reassigned or shared once purchased.

We recommend reviewing your selection carefully before completing your registration to ensure you select the correct ticket type. For full details, please refer to our Attendee Terms and Conditions.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

Yes, you’ll be able to upgrade your ticket (from Standard → Advantage → Platinum) once the upgrade form is available.

The form will be published on the official website, and you’ll also receive communication from our team once upgrades are open. When live, you can simply complete the form and follow the instructions to confirm your upgrade and receive the updated ticket details.

How can I register for conference sessions?

To attend the CME-accredited conference sessions, you’ll need to purchase our Platinum Ticket. The Platinum Ticket offers full access to all conference sessions across all four days, while the 1-Day Platinum Pass provides access for a single day of your choice, perfectly if you join us based on your availability.

Who should register as a delegate rather than a visitor?

If you are a healthcare professional seeking accredited educational sessions, CME points or professional learning, you should purchase the Platinum ticket.

If you are attending primarily for business networking, sourcing products, or partnerships, a visitor pass will be more suitable.

Can I share my Platinum Ticket with a colleague or split attendance?

No, your Platinum Ticket are issued to individuals and are non-transferable. Each attendee must be registered separately to ensure accurate attendance and CME credit allocation.

Can I cancel or transfer my registration if I’m unable to attend?

Please refer to the cancellation and transfer policy stated on the registration page. In general, all tickets are non-transferable, and refunds may be subject to specific terms and timelines.

Which payment methods are accepted online?

Yes, you will receive payment confirmation immediately after completing your transaction, in addition to your registration confirmation.

The payment confirmation is sent from [email protected], while your registration confirmation will come from [email protected]. Please check your inbox and junk folder if you don’t see them in your main mailbox.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, you can receive a VAT-compliant invoice for your World Health Expo in Dubai 2026 ticket purchase.

When completing your registration on the payment gateway, please ensure you select that you are VAT registered and enter your VAT number in the relevant field.

This information is required for your invoice to display your company’s VAT details correctly.

Once your payment is processed, the VAT invoice will be automatically issued and sent to the email address used for registration.

Which payment methods are accepted online?

You can make your payment securely online using Visa or Mastercard.

Please note that American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay are not currently accepted for World Health Expo, Dubai transactions.

When will my badge be available in the WHX Events App?

Your badge voucher will be available closer to the event dates. Once it’s live, you’ll receive an email notification from the WHX Events App. Please make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for this message.

After logging in to the WHX Events App using the same email address you registered with. This digital voucher can be used to collect your printed badge on-site.

What is a badge voucher?

A badge voucher is your digital proof of registration for WHX Dubai 2026. It contains a unique QR code that allows you to print your official badge quickly on-site.

Once the WHX Events App is live, your badge voucher will appear under your profile. Simply scan it at any self-printing kiosk at the show floor to receive your printed badge instantly and access the event.

Payment issue

Please note that our payment system currently does not accept American Express (AMEX) cards. We recommend using a Visa or Mastercard instead. If the issue persists, kindly try completing your registration using a different browser or device.

How to generate invitation letter after registration

You can generate your official invitation letter directly from the confirmation email you received from [email protected] by clicking “Generate Your Letter” in the section provided within that email.
