A: A visitor badge is required for entry into the exhibition hall.
Please note that one unique email address is required per person for visitor registration.
Email addresses used once for this year’s registration cannot be used again.

• Please print your badge in color, not in black and white.
• Printing is available at the venue on the day of the event; however, to ensure smooth entry, we strongly recommend printing your badge in advance.

A: A visitor badge is valid for one person only.
Since the badge includes the visitor’s name and other personal information, it may only be used by the individual to whom it is issued.

If you are visiting with multiple people, each person must complete their own visitor registration. (Registration is free.)

A: No, you do not. Your visitor badge is valid for all three days of the event.
Many visitors tell us every year that it’s difficult to explore the entire show in just one day, so we recommend attending over two or even all three days to make the most of your visit.

A: This exhibition is a B-to-B trade show.
Students who wish to attend are requested to contact the Secretariat in advance.

Please note that, depending on the organizer’s discretion, persons under 18 may be denied entry if it is deemed operationally inappropriate.
