Dr. M. Vaman Rao

Dr. M. Vaman Rao (MS, PhD) is a Boston-based scientist, serial entrepreneur, innovator and investor working across seven geographies. He carried out pioneering work in gene synthesis as a group leader at King’s College London, then led a worldwide gene synthesis and sequencing business that contributed to the Human Genome Project before scaling it to exit. He has since built and led healthcare and life sciences enterprises internationally, including a technology-enabled integrated healthcare platform across the US and Canada.
